Pocket Kit — Términos de Uso / Terms of Use

Pocket Kit es una app de herramientas para Android publicada por Carlos Piñán (Lima, Perú). Al instalarla y usarla, aceptas lo siguiente.

1. Licencia de uso

Se te concede una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar Pocket Kit en los dispositivos asociados a tu cuenta de Google Play. No se te transfiere la propiedad del software. No puedes revender la app, ni descompilarla, ni redistribuirla modificada.

2. Tu contenido es tuyo

Las fotos, documentos, videos, PDF y stickers que abres o generas con Pocket Kit son tuyos. No reclamamos ningún derecho sobre ellos y, como se explica en la Política de Privacidad, nunca salen de tu dispositivo. Eres responsable de tener el derecho de usar el material que procesas.

3. Versión gratuita y Pocket Kit Pro

La versión gratuita tiene límites de uso diarios y marca de agua en los PDF exportados. Los límites vigentes se muestran siempre dentro de la app, antes de que la acción se consuma.
Puedes desbloquear una acción puntual viendo un anuncio con recompensa. Si no hay anuncio disponible, la acción se concede igual.
Pro se ofrece como compra única (de por vida) o como suscripción mensual. El precio mostrado dentro de la app es el precio final de tu país y proviene de Google Play.
La compra de por vida es para la cuenta de Google Play con la que se realizó, y se restaura desde Ajustes en cualquier dispositivo de esa cuenta.

4. Pagos, cancelación y reembolsos

Todos los cobros los procesa Google Play, no nosotros. La suscripción mensual se renueva automáticamente hasta que la canceles desde Google Play → Suscripciones; la cancelación surte efecto al final del período ya pagado. Los reembolsos se rigen por la política de Google Play. Si un reembolso se concede, la funcionalidad Pro asociada se retira.

5. Uso aceptable

No uses Pocket Kit para procesar material que no tengas derecho a usar, ni para crear stickers o documentos que infrinjan derechos de terceros, ni para eludir los límites de la versión gratuita por medios técnicos.

6. Servicios de terceros

Pocket Kit usa Google Play Billing y RevenueCat para las compras, Google AdMob para el anuncio con recompensa, y modelos de Google ML Kit que se ejecutan en tu dispositivo. El uso de esos servicios está sujeto además a los términos de sus proveedores.

7. Sin garantía

Pocket Kit se entrega «tal cual». No se garantiza que cada formato de video, cada fabricante de teléfono o cada versión de Android produzca un resultado idéntico, ni que la app esté libre de errores. Conserva siempre el archivo original hasta comprobar que el resultado exportado es correcto.

En la medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con la app se limita al monto que hayas pagado por ella en los últimos doce meses.

8. Marcas de terceros

Pocket Kit no está afiliado, patrocinado ni respaldado por WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. ni Google LLC. «WhatsApp» es una marca de WhatsApp LLC y se menciona únicamente para describir con qué app son compatibles los paquetes de stickers y los enlaces de chat.

9. Cambios y contacto

Pocket Kit is an Android utility app published by Carlos Piñán (Lima, Peru). By installing and using it, you agree to the following.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pocket Kit on the devices tied to your Google Play account. Ownership of the software is not transferred. You may not resell, decompile, or redistribute a modified copy of the app.

2. Your content stays yours

The photos, documents, videos, PDFs and stickers you open or produce with Pocket Kit are yours. We claim no rights over them and, as set out in the Privacy Policy, they never leave your device. You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you process.

3. Free tier and Pocket Kit Pro

The free tier has daily usage limits and watermarks exported PDFs. The current limits are always shown in the app before an action is consumed.
You can unlock a single action by watching a rewarded ad. If no ad is available, the action is granted anyway.
Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription. The price shown in the app is the final price for your country and comes from Google Play.
The lifetime purchase belongs to the Google Play account that made it and can be restored from Settings on any device signed into that account.

4. Payments, cancellation and refunds

All charges are processed by Google Play, not by us. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refunds follow Google Play’s policy. If a refund is granted, the associated Pro functionality is revoked.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Pocket Kit to process material you have no right to use, to create stickers or documents that infringe someone else’s rights, or to circumvent the free tier’s limits by technical means.

6. Third-party services

Pocket Kit uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat for purchases, Google AdMob for the rewarded ad, and Google ML Kit models that run on your device. Use of those services is additionally subject to their providers’ terms.

7. No warranty

Pocket Kit is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee that every video format, every phone manufacturer or every Android version produces an identical result, or that the app is free of defects. Always keep the original file until you have checked that the exported result is correct.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding twelve months.

8. Third-party trademarks

Pocket Kit is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC, referenced only to describe which app the sticker packs and chat links are compatible with.

9. Changes and contact
